Back from the RL work traveling that keeps taking me away from my beloved SL, you'd think the last thing I'd want to do in SL is roam around the grid right?! WRONG! Totally the best thing ever to see the sights and meet new people. So weary lil' ol' me in rl transforms into happy go lucky explorer as soon as that ever so bright "connected to region" flashes across my screen. Suddenly a wave of refreshed exuberance passes through the current and there I am staring at the map wondering where I would be traveling tonight. A short hop and a couple of random jumps later I was standing in the middle of Africa. Its hard to believe in all my time in SL I've never been to this lovely sim. That just goes to prove my point that I spent far too much time working rather than playing!
